We are looking for a Sales-Driven & Passionate individual to join our Indonesian and Filipino embassy accredited maid agency. If you are hungry for results, love talking to people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you! (5 working days per week)

What We Look For

• Speed & Commitment: Must be highly committed and able to respond fast to client inquiries (WhatsApp/Calls).

• Communication: Fluent in English (knowledge of Mandarin and Malay is a bonus for communication with helpers and clients)

• Academic Background: We welcome applicants with recognized Diploma or Degree qualification. (International and local graduates are encouraged to apply).

• Experience: Candidates with relevant experience in the employment agency industry are highly encouraged to interview.

• Certification: CEI (Basic) is a plus (Training provided for the right candidate).

Your Role

• High-Responsiveness Sales: Attend to client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and walk-ins. We pride ourselves on speed and efficiency you must be able to respond to leads promptly.

• Consultative Matchmaking: Understand the needs of Singaporean households and recommend the best Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW) profiles.

• End-to-End Placement: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate interviews to MOM documentation and final handover.

• MOM Compliance: Ensure all applications follow the Employment Agencies Act and MOM regulations.
