Basic + Commission (up to 20k!)
Responsibilities:
- Generate client leads to market and sell properties through networking, site visits and project viewings
- Build positive, long-lasting value-based relationships with property agents and customers
- Stay abreast of real estate markets
- Responsible and contribute towards the individual, departmental and organizational sales targets
- Keep management informed by submitting activity, prospecting reports and weekly work plans
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirement:
- Have any 1- 2 years of sales experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong passion in sales
- Resourceful, self-motivated and articulate
- Possess good negotiation skill
- It is a bonus if you have good understanding of, and interest in the local property market, and the process of buying and selling property
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Work from 9am - 6.30pm
