We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our esteemed plastic surgery clinic. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in surgical consultations, providing expert guidance to clients seeking aesthetic enhancements. This role requires a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of plastic surgery procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective patients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend suitable procedures.
- Educate clients on various plastic surgery procedures, risks, benefits, and post-operative care.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of trust and confidentiality.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective consultation and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with plastic surgeons and medical staff to facilitate a seamless patient experience.
- Manage patient inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and track consultation-to-surgery conversion rates.
- Stay updated on the latest plastic surgery trends and techniques to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to generate leads and drive patient acquisition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales consulting within the plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, or cosmetic dermatology industry.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures such as rhinoplasty, liposuction, breast augmentation, facelifts, and other aesthetic treatments.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional and empathetic approach to patient needs.
- Bilingual abilities (preferred but not required, depending on clientele).
