About the Role

ClearSK® is a medical aesthetic clinic group with established operations in Singapore and regional operations in Shanghai, Hangzhou and Kuala Lumpur.

We welcome sales professionals with relevant experience in retail, beauty, wellness, skincare, luxury or other service-based sectors who are interested in developing their career in medical aesthetics.

Prior aesthetic experience is an advantage but is not essential. Structured onboarding and training are provided to help successful candidates develop the knowledge and competencies required for the role.

Key Responsibilities

Attend to walk-in, telephone and online enquiries and provide professional customer service before and after clinic visits
Work alongside doctors and the clinic team to support consultations relating to skin, body and hair concerns
Explain available treatment packages, procedures and products clearly and responsibly within the scope of the consultant role
Conduct basic skin, body and hair assessments in accordance with clinic protocols and training
Provide suitable service and treatment packages recommendations based on customers stated concerns, needs and applicable clinical guidance
Support appointment scheduling, follow-ups and customer communications through telephone and digital platforms
Maintain ongoing customer relationships and provide appropriate follow-up throughout the treatment journey
Work towards individual and clinic service and sales objectives
Coordinate with doctors, therapists and other internal teams on customer care and clinic operations
Maintain accurate customer records and assist with administrative duties relating to customer management and clinic workflow

Role Requirements

Relevant sales experience in retail, beauty, aesthetics, skincare, luxury, wellness, healthcare or other service-based industries
Demonstrated ability to achieve consistent sales performance in a customer-facing environment
Minimum GCE O Levels or equivalent qualification
Strong customer-service orientation and professional communication skills
Comfortable working in a service and sales-oriented environment with performance targets
Able to comply with clinic operating procedures, professional standards and applicable policies
Able to handle English and Mandarin-speaking customers with confidence and professionalism.
Willing to work clinic/retail hours, including weekends
Comfortable using common IT systems and digital communication platforms for day-to-day operations
Willing to undertake continuous training and skills development

Remuneration will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications and the responsibilities of the position. Variable commission and incentive payments are dependent on individual performance and the applicable incentive scheme.
