Job Summary
Join EP One Manpower as a results-driven Sales Consultant to convert client leads into successful MDW placements, exceeding sales targets and managing documentation with precision in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive the entire sales process from initial client contact to contract signing to close deals effectively
- Facilitate and lead interviews between employers and MDWs to secure immediate, high-quality placements
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales KPIs to maximize earnings through an uncapped commission structure
- Manage all required documentation accurately to ensure a smooth and compliant closing process
- Demonstrate proactive, resilient, and persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections and negotiate successfully
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold mandatory KAH or CEI Certification as required for MDW placement
- Possess at least 2 years of proven sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting targets
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Exhibit a hunter mindset characterized by proactive lead generation and persistence
- Apply strong negotiation skills to handle objections and close sales on the spot
- Show flexibility to work a 6-day week to meet business demands
