Job Summary

As an Experienced Sales Consultant at EP One Manpower, you will lead client account management and drive placement growth by converting enquiries into successful, compliant MDW placements, ensuring client satisfaction and business expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full sales cycle to convert prospective employers into committed clients, achieving placement targets
• Analyze employer requirements and match them with suitable MDWs to maximize closing rates
• Coordinate interview scheduling and manage documentation processing promptly and accurately
• Provide consistent after-sales support to clients to foster referrals and uphold the agency's brand reputation
• Maintain professional communication and a client-focused approach throughout the sales process

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales or agency experience
• Valid KAH or CEI certificate

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills demonstrated through professional client interactions
• Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed agency sales benchmarks
• Ability to work a 6-day work week schedule
