Vin's Automotive Group, a reputable and publicly listed company (SGX Catalist Board), is a trusted name in the automotive industry, offering a full suite of vehicle sales, financing, and aftersales services. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Loans Processing Executive to support our loan processing and documentation functions.
[Key Responsibilities]
- Liaise with Car Dealers and Hirers for Car financing matter
- Verify and compile all loan-related documents including income proof, application forms, and identification
- Identify and assess customers needs and eligibilities for loan packages promptly
- Manage customers expectations and follow up with resolutions swiftly
- Conduct credit search on customers and collect all necessary information and documents from them
- Process and submit vehicle loan applications to various banks and financial institutions for loan approvals
- Arrange appointments with customers to sign loan agreements / documents
- Plan and perform administrative / documentation procedures throughout the entire process till the disbursement of the loan
- Assist in generating reports on loan submissions, approval rates, and turnaround times.
- Any ad-hoc duties required
[Key Requirements]
- Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience in loan processing or administrative roles (automotive or financial industry preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with both customers and financial institutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple loan files simultaneously.
- Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and data accuracy.
- Team player with a proactive and customer-service mindset.
