Enoch Surfaces Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based supplier of premium SPC flooring and wall panel solutions.

We are backed by an established manufacturing group with over 10 years of experience serving customers across Asia, Europe and North America. Following the success of our operations in China, Thailand and Malaysia, we are now building our own brand and growing our pioneer team in Singapore.

This is not a traditional cold-calling sales role. Qualified customer enquiries-also known as warm leads-are generated by our in-house marketing team and assigned to you. Your focus will be on understanding customers needs, recommending suitable products, preparing quotations and converting enquiries into successful sales.

What You'll Be Doing

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls and online platforms.
Understand customers renovation needs and recommend suitable SPC flooring and wall panel solutions.
Follow up consistently with warm leads and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
Prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices using the company's system.
Negotiate selling prices within approved company guidelines.
Coordinate with appointed installation partners after customers confirm their orders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Learn our products and provide customers with clear, professional advice.
Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.

Who We're Looking For

Preferably 1-2 years of working experience.
Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
Experience in renovation, interior design, building materials, furniture, lighting, sanitary ware or a related industry will be highly regarded.
Confident communicating with customers through WhatsApp, email and phone calls.
Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new software systems.
Friendly, customer-focused and well organised.
Self-motivated, responsible and driven to achieve sales targets.
Able to work independently while contributing positively to the team.
Flooring experience is not required-product and sales training will be provided.

- Basic salary: S$2,800-S$3,000, inclusive of transport allowance (commensurate with experience)
- Sales commission: 5% during probation and 1% after confirmation.
