Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming sales enquiries from parents via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Conduct professional centre tours and confidently present programme offerings.
- Follow up proactively to convert leads into confirmed registrations.
- Maintain a positive parent experience from first contact to onboarding.
- Resolve concerns tactfully and escalate complex issues to centre management when required.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing activities such as open houses, school roadshows, and community events.
- Support digital marketing initiatives including social media, WhatsApp campaigns, and lead-generation activities.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor offerings, and parent expectations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O-Level
- Prior sales, customer service, or education industry experience is preferred
- Experience in student care, tuition, childcare, or enrichment sales is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in sales presentations and parent engagement.
- Positive, energetic, and child-friendly.
- Professional and empathetic when interacting with parents.
- Able to communicate in Chinese due to Chinese speaking customers
