Sales Consultant - Beauty Salon (training provided, no exp ok)

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, customer-oriented Sales Consultant to join our beauty salon. You will be responsible for consulting customers, recommending suitable treatments or packages, and driving sales while maintaining excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Consultation

• Conduct professional consultations to understand customers needs and concerns

• Recommend suitable treatments, services, and packages

• Close sales for treatments, packages, and products

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

Customer Experience

• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain long-term loyalty

• Follow up with customers before and after treatments

• Handle customer enquiries, objections, and feedback professionally

Operations & Admin

• Update customer records accurately (treatments, packages, payments)

• Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth customer flow

• Support promotions, campaigns, and special events

Team & Brand Representation

• Work closely with therapists and management

• Uphold salon standards, brand image, and service quality

• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with sales targets and commissions

• Positive attitude, confident, and well-presented

• Able to work weekends and retail hours

• Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, booking systems, CRM is a plus)

Preferred (Bonus)

• Experience selling beauty packages or high-value services

• Background in facial, body, slimming, hair, or aesthetics industry

• Mandarin-speaking (to serve Mandarin-speaking customers)
