Overview for the overall department activity, management direction and control of all sales & marketing functions. Coordinate, direct and motivate a sales force to promote and sell company products in order to achieve the sales goals and objective.
- Responsible for the sales and marketing of assigned products (Biomedical).
- Assist to prepare the Sales Forecast/Budget for the product line.
- Assist to develop aggressive sales strategy to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
- Develop, plan and manage marketing communication strategies and campaigns to support sales.
- Manage overall product sales performance and ensure each sales executive meets individual sales targets.
- Targeting new sales, creating new accounts, and exploit new business opportunities for major market segments as well as develop and implement sales strategies.
- Participate in proposals for business development projects and tenders.
- Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge in assigned area of coverage, giving effective presentation.
- Follow up and monitor all sales inquiries and sales activities to close sales for the assigned products.
Requirements
- Min. 2 years of relevant sales experiences.
- Product knowledge on Point of care, Microbiology, Transfusion, Infusion, Special chemistry.
- Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills, including the ability to successfully work with other internal and external customers.
