Sales Consultant (Beauty & Wellness)

Job Decriptions:

• Conduct basic skin analysis and skin consultation
• Promoting the company's services and products to customers
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and rapport with customers
• Maintain a professional, working environment by complying with standard operating procedures
• Achieve sales and other key business targets
• Handle inquiries, feedback and complaints of customers
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Have a passion in beauty and skin care with customer-oriented mindset is of upmost importance
• Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in beauty consultancy/ retail industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
• Able to work retail hours on weekends and public holidays.
• Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in beauty consultancy/ retail industry
