Responsibilities
- Communicate detailed information about company services, sales promotions, and discounts to businesses and organizations to generate qualified sales opportunities
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels
- Manage and expand an individual sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase revenue
- Follow up on leads and sales inquiries to convert prospects into clients and close sales effectively
- Conduct cold calls and hold face-to-face meetings with clients to build strong relationships and negotiate sales agreements
- Execute additional tasks as assigned to support overall business objectives and contribute to team success
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma qualification within 2 years
- Relevant sales experience
- Proficiency in outdoor sales activities
- Solid expertise in B2B sales
- Confidence in making outbound calls
- Availability to start immediately
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Preferably Sales experienced the telecommunications industry
