Role Overview
As a Sales Consultant, your main goal is to drive membership sales. You will actively reach out to potential clients, engage walk-ins and online leads, and convert enquiries into paying members. This role is target-driven and best suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic, sales-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Actively follow up on leads (walk-ins, calls, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct engaging studio tours and presentations to highlight our programs and facilities.
- Recommend membership packages that suit clients goals and close sales effectively.
- Build strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Support outreach campaigns, events, and promotions to increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (fitness, retail, or service industry preferred).
- Strong closing skills and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a target-based role.
- Passion for fitness/wellness a plus (but sales focus is key).
- Willing to work evenings/weekends when needed.
