Sales Consultant / Automotive (S-C)

Responsibilities

. Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and engaging with clients.

. Handle the sale of new and pre-owned vehicles by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options.

. Clearly explain vehicle features, warranty coverage, financing plans, and after-sales services.

. Manage customer inquiries across the Group's Facebook page and other online sales platforms.

. Prepare and present vehicle quotations conduct price negotiations in line with company policies.

. Assist with refinancing processes for new and used vehicle loans.

. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

. Proven experience in automotive sales or customer-facing sales role (preferred).

. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

. An interest in the automotive industry.

. Valid Singapore driver's license with a clean driving record.

. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
