This is a full-time Sales Support role at Landmark Plastics Pte Ltd, located in the North Region. In this position, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales team and contributing to the overall success of the company.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to the sales team, including answering phone inquiries, quotations, order processing, invoice generation, and managing customer records management
Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of products to customers
Answering customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
Supporting the sales team in various sales activities
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall sales process
What we're looking for
Excellent administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales support or customer service role
Knowledge of the plastics industry or a related field would be an advantage
