Job Summary
Support local and overseas sales by managing customer communications, preparing shipping documents, coordinating deliveries, and liaising with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Follow up proactively with customers via email and telephone to address inquiries and maintain relationships
- Monitor sales activities and provide timely sales support to local and international customers
- Generate accurate Delivery Orders and Invoices to facilitate order processing
- Prepare Performa Invoices and Packing Lists for export shipments to ensure compliance and smooth customs clearance
- Arrange and coordinate deliveries for customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate shipment
- Liaise with Store/Warehouse teams to manage pick-and-pack operations for order fulfillment
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum O Levels qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in local and export sales support
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office applications to prepare documents and reports
- Effective communication skills in English and Chinese to engage with diverse customers
- Customer service orientation to support and enhance customer satisfaction
