Job Description

  • Assist the business development manager in daily sales and marketing activities.
  • Support and coordinate with the sales team and production teams to meet the customers requirement.
  • Engage customers through emails, phone and social media
  • Expertise in pricing, scheduling and planning to meet sale targets.
  • Solving the customers complains and assist cash collection.
  • Maintain and update customers records.
  • Understand the drawing and familiar with glass and aluminium installation and construction works.
  • Prepare quotation and tender doucmentation.
  • Ensure the smooth handover of contracts with customers.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a relevant field with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in microsoft offices, adobe and xero.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Can speak mandarin to liasing with chinese speaking customers.
  • Independent, responsibilities and willing to learn
  • Good at problem solving skills and customer management.
