Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and process all sales orders in a timely manner
- Prepare and manage sales orders, packing lists, invoices, and delivery documents
- Verify and maintain proper filing of all sales-related documents
- Prepare credit notes, debit notes, and replacement notes for returns, billing adjustments, or discrepancies
- Communicate with customers to address sales enquiries and provide support
- Compile sales reports and update web orders with new products and outlet information
- Monitor inventory levels and arrange procurement of office supplies as needed
- Manage electronic orders, emails, and local purchase orders efficiently
- Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as required
