Job Overview:
This position is required to perform technical drive development in application with customer.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to develop a tailored solution.
- Drive market awareness of company's products in SEA and create opportunities with potential accounts.
- Implement segment strategy and translate into sales by working with customers.
- Support Sales Team with providing technical skills and market knowledge and reach.
- Drive and deliver the result of team numbers set by Commercial Director.
- Cover the full product portfolio spectrum with focus on growing premium products like in where there are growth opportunities , hence strong drive to directly contact OEMs/tier and molders in order to promote sale of products and be top of mind at customers NPDs, solution developments.
- More direct servicing and contact points of end user accounts and molders.
- Deepening and expand relationships with key accounts.
- Drive opportunity creations in all segments focusing on Automotive applications within SEA.
Qualifications:
- Experiences in Auto industry also preferable.
- Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Writing and speaking in English is mandatory.
- Experience of working in plastics (chemicals).
- Availability of Foreign Language Japanese or Chinese would be considered as an advantage.
- Ability to work with customers to develop a tailored solution.
