Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Medical Sales Representative based in Singapore. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be the face of Indrugco, bridging the gap between our innovative healthcare solutions and medical healthcare professionals.

You will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with clients, presenting and promoting a diverse range of medical and pharmaceutical products, ensuring they are kept well-informed regarding product offerings and benefits. Additional responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of products and staying updated on relevant medical pharmaceutical industry trends and advances.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical, pharma nutraceutical products to new and assigned customers.

• Develop strong product knowledge and in-depth understanding of relevant therapeutic areas and market landscape.

• Conduct product detailing to highlight product features, benefits, and key messages to doctors and healthcare professionals.

• Gather market intelligence and provide timely feedback to management.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with healthcare professionals, General Practitioners (GPs) and Specialists in private, restructured medical centres and hospitals.

• Manage assigned accounts effectively to drive sales growth and market penetration.

• Achieve/exceed assigned sales targets and related activities

• Address customers enquiries promptly and professionally.

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through customer relationships, product support and services

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in any relevant Sciences (ie. Life Sciences, Nutrition, Biomed, Nursing, Pharmaceutical)

• Competence in Medical Sales and a strong understanding of the Singaporean healthcare / pharmaceutical sector

• Minimum 1 year of proven MEDICAL PHARMACEUTICAL SALES experience

• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and engage effectively with healthcare professionals

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Possess valid driving licence and own vehicular transport
