What you'll do:
- Own sales & marketing for full semiconductor equipment portfolio.
- Build and expand relationships with foundries, OEMs, and distributors.
- Identify and win new business in front-end/back-end processes and emerging tech.
- Collaborate with engineers to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
- Lead contracts, pricing, and close deals that matter.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, and customer roadmaps.
- Represent organization at trade shows, seminars, and industry events across Southeast Asia.
What You Bring
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering/Marketing (sales management training is a bonus).
- 3+ years semiconductor equipment sales experience.
- Strong fab workflow knowledge and customer network in packaging, assembly, test.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.
