Job Description

Role Overview

The Sales Manager drives business growth by identifying and securingopportunities in security systems, including CCTV, VMS, access control, andintegrated surveillance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in security systems and infrastructure sectors
  • Promote CCTV, VMS, access control, and integrated solutions to clients
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
  • Prepare proposals, tenders, and technical-commercial submissions
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop tailored security solutions
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
  • Lead negotiations and contract closures
  • Represent the company in industry engagements and client meetings

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in sales/business development within security systems (CCTV, VMS, access control)
  • Strong understanding of security technologies and solutions
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets in technical industries
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
