Role Overview
The Sales Manager drives business growth by identifying and securingopportunities in security systems, including CCTV, VMS, access control, andintegrated surveillance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in security systems and infrastructure sectors
- Promote CCTV, VMS, access control, and integrated solutions to clients
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Prepare proposals, tenders, and technical-commercial submissions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop tailored security solutions
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
- Lead negotiations and contract closures
- Represent the company in industry engagements and client meetings
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3-8 years of experience in sales/business development within security systems (CCTV, VMS, access control)
- Strong understanding of security technologies and solutions
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in technical industries
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
