Role Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery ofsecurity systems projects, including CCTV, Video Management Systems (VMS),access control, and integrated surveillance solutions. The role ensuressuccessful execution within scope, timeline, budget, and compliance with clientand regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle: planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover
- Manage large-scale security systems deployments (CCTV, VMS, access control, fibre networks)
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, and technical execution strategies
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures
- Ensure compliance with security standards, site safety, and quality requirements
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting
- Oversee procurement of security equipment and systems integration
- Lead testing & commissioning (T&C), system integration, and final acceptance
- Maintain proper project documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering / IT / Project Management or related field
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in security systems projects (CCTV, VMS, access control, surveillance systems)
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or mission-critical projects
- Strong knowledge of security system architecture and integration
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
