About the Role
You will play a key role in driving KIN's commercial growth by converting opportunities into secured projects across sports, experiential, and destination builds. This position requires a results-oriented professional with strong commercial instincts, creative proposal skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales efforts from lead generation to contract closure.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline for sports and experiential projects.
- Prepare proposals, budgets, and presentations aligned with client goals.
- Pitch and negotiate with clients, sponsors, and agencies.
- Identify new business and partnership opportunities in tourism and events.
- Track and report sales performance and market intelligence.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 5-8 years of proven experience in sales or business development within events, media, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
