Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within target sectors (machine tools, automation, manufacturing).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and solution-based selling.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable technical or service solutions in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Lead or support sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business risks and opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue and growth goals.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales or business development, preferably within the machine tool, automation, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong technical aptitude or familiarity with industrial equipment and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to travel locally and regionally as required.
