Job Title: Sales Manager (Private Education / Training Sector)

Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager from the Private Education / Training sector to lead student enrolment and corporate training sales. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, and strengthening partnerships within Singapore's education and training ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end sales activities for academic programmes and/or professional training courses
Drive student enrolment targets and corporate training revenue in line with business goals
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with PEI regulatory requirements (e.g. CPE / EduTrust framework)
Manage, coach, and motivate the sales/admissions team to achieve monthly and annual KPIs
Oversee lead generation, follow-ups, conversion tracking, and pipeline management
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, agents, and partners
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies within the education sector
Ensure accurate reporting of sales performance and forecasts to management
Work closely with marketing and academic teams to support programme launches and promotions
Requirements
Mandatory: Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience in the Private Education or Training sector in Singapore
Proven track record in student enrolment sales and/or corporate training sales
Prior experience managing a sales or admissions team
Strong understanding of Singapore PEI operating environment and compliance considerations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Target-driven, results-oriented, and hands-on leadership style
Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
