Job Description

  • Position: Sales & Business Development Manager

    The Sales & Business Development Manager drives revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and converting prospects into long-term clients. With a sharp understanding of market trends and customer needs, the Sales & Business Development Manager develops and executes growth strategies to deliver sustainable business results.

    Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Identify and secure new customers across retail chains, supermarkets, HORECA, distributors, and corporate clients
  • Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring strong sell-through and repeat orders
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new product opportunities
  • Collaborate with Production, Marketing, and R&D teams on product launches.
  • Monitor margins and ensure profitable growth
  • Attend to customer service recovery cases promptly to maintain strong client relationships and brand reputation
  • Liaise with and manage online sales and live-selling channels.
  • Prepare monthly sales report and sales forecast .
  • Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5-8 years sales experience, preferably in food manufacturing, or baked goods industry
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and sales forecasting
  • Ability to work independently, self-driven and results-oriented
