We are looking for an Intern Sales & Business Development to join us. This role is designed to support the General Manager (Singapore) and the Solutions & Sales Director, providing much-needed structure and operational backbone to client-facing work. You'll help us stay on top of CRM, project coordination, approvals, and internal documentation freeing up the team to focus on clients and growth.
Responsibilities
Sales Ops & CRM
- Maintain and update CRM platforms to track leads, opportunities, contracts, and client interactions.
- Support internal processes such as contract preparation, approval routing, and signing.
- Ensure data consistency across systems to support management reporting.
Project Support & Organisation
- Help manage ongoing client projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Prepare agendas, take structured notes, and follow up on action items after client and internal meetings.
- Organise and maintain project folders, documentation, and reference materials.
Team & Admin Support
- Assist the Singapore team with ad-hoc operational tasks, ensuring smoother workflows across multiple projects.
- Provide coordination support for cross-team and cross-market initiatives.
- Help prepare decks, proposals, and client-facing documents.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and resourceful; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in AI, fintech, or enterprise tech is a bonus.
