We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the staffing and recruitment business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and some understanding of recruitment or HR solutions. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, developing long-term client partnerships, and promoting staffing solutions across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment market
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events
- Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and workforce challenges
- Present staffing solutions including permanent hiring, contract staffing, RPO, or managed services
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Market & Industry Awareness
- Stay updated on industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitor activities
- Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking insights to clients
- Identify emerging sectors and new market segments for expansion
Collaboration & Delivery Support
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements
- Share detailed job briefs and client expectations with recruiters
- Monitor service quality and resolve client concerns promptly
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records
- Track and report weekly/monthly sales performance and forecasts
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue and client acquisition targets
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or HR services
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and staffing models
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and business heads
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Preferred Skills:
- Experience selling IT, healthcare, engineering, or industrial staffing solutions
- Existing network of HR and business contacts
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
