Role Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, conducting market research, and performing outreach to potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research within the electronics manufaturing industry to identify potential clients and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform lead generation strategies.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through emails, cold calls, social media, and networking events.
  • Clearly convey the value proposition of the Aztech's products and services, customizing messaging to address each prospect's specific needs.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline growth to department leadership.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses.


Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Strong networking and communication skills for effective interactions with clients and team members
  • Research skills for market analysis and understanding potential client needs
  • High level of self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
