We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Consultant to take ownership of the Singapore market. While your core focus will be driving aggressive local business growth, you will operate within a dynamic international framework. You will lead sales cycles for Singaporean clients with our Vietnam-based development team and our Japanese HQ leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through your own initiatives and with the support of our telemarketing team.
• Product Mastery: Develop deep expertise in our ERP solutions to confidently present, demonstrate, and position our system as the ideal fit for diverse business needs.
• Solution Selling: Engage clients to understand their challenges and craft tailored proposals and quotations that highlight clear business value.
• Sales Ownership: Manage your sales pipeline strategically to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets, contributing to the company's growth and success.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP or related solution sales.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels, including C-suite executives.
• A self-motivated, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
