We are hiring Sales Business Development Consultant with experience in cross-functional, international environments. This role will focus on driving business growth in the data center industry by building strong client relationships, promoting modular data center solutions, and leading end-to-end sales initiatives in the assigned region. Role: Sales Business Development Consultant

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of B2B sales/business development experience in data center / IT infrastructure
• Strong understanding of: Modular data centers, M&E systems (power & cooling) and IDC / infrastructure solutions
• Proven track record in solution selling and client acquisition
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex sales cycles
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive new business acquisition across telecom operators, hyperscalers, and colocation providers
• Build and manage strategic client relationships within the data center ecosystem
• Understand client requirements and provide solution-based selling
• Manage the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure
• Promote modular data center solutions and value-added services
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, after-sales) for seamless delivery
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve issues proactively
