Customer Service

- Provide and assist customers in their needs

- Provide after sales service (Example: Exchange, Return & Defect)

- Promote and upsell products to achieve monthly sales target

- Build customers rapport

- Sharing brand history & ongoing promotion to customers if any

Store Operations

- Maintain store Cleanliness daily.

- Keeping store product arrangement neat and tidy

- Making sure visual merchandising arrangement meets brand guideline.

- Work closely with Store IC & team members to ensure smooth daily store operations.

Inventory Management

- Daily stock count of displayed items in store

- Monthly stock take

- Keeping the store room neat, tidy and well level of stocks available

- Ensure replenishment of stocks & new arrivals of stocks are tally

Cashier

- Assist customers in making their payment

- Providing tax refund to tourists shopping with us

- Managing mall rebates and promotional shoutout

- Ensure daily sales are tally with end of day reports.
