Key Responsibilities:

• Offer personalised client experiences with deep product storytelling and impeccable presentation
• Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clientele
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of fine watches and jewellery craftsmanship
• Maintain boutique excellence in terms of appearance, customer service, and operations
• Collaborate with a team to achieve and exceed sales performance goals

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years retail experience in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands
• Enthusiastic about luxury watches and fine jewellery
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales-driven, detail-oriented, and service-focused
• Able to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
