Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processes customer purchases, performs general cleaning duties, stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly
- Being the ultimate brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with the store management team
- Support the operations team in maintaining stock orders and assisting in cycle count activity. Participate in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitoring inventory for accuracy
- Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Complies with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data
- Other duties as assigned
