Sales Associate (Retail, Sales commission & incentives))

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide product recommendations
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable lighting and bathroom solutions
• Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangement
• Coordinate with team members on stock availability and deliveries
• Support daily retail operations and sales targets

Key Requirements:

• Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented personality
• Good communication skills
• Prior similar retail or sales experience preferred
• Willing to learn about lighting and bathroom products
• Able to work weekends, public holidays and retail hours
