Roles and Responsibilities
. Overall responsible for the new business development of lifestyle business in South-East Asia (In-station retail business, Transit Oriented real-estate development, co-working space business, new business development with tech-startups and other lifestyle related businesses.
. Responsible for business planning of the new businesses (business strategy, P/L business case planning, investment/capital strategy and business valuation/due diligence)
. Required to work closely with Japanese HQs and Japanese business partners companies with high context understanding of HQ's overall strategy.
. Required to work closely with local stakeholders in each country in South-East Asia in wide range of expertise of retail, F&B, office, real estate, finance, and tech industries.
. Responsible for overseeing the business operation management of co-working space One&Co in Singapore as a innovation platform.
. Oversee and manage existing joint venture operations, including stakeholder coordination, financial performance monitoring, and preparation of reports for board-level discussions.
Requirements
. Minimum 5 years of working experience related to railway station construction/development or station retail.
. Good track record in new business development, real-estate development or startup investment.
. Strategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy.
. Precise business ability to think and act both strategically and tactically.
. Strong knowledge and operational experience of railway station development or station retail
. Strong analytical skills of market research and analytics for new business planning.
. Ability to speak confidently in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT1) as you will be required to build strong partnership with HQs and Japanese business partners on daily basis.
. Wide range of knowledge to build business partnership with business partners of expertise in retail, F&B, office, real estate, finance, and tech industries.
. Bachor's degree and above
