Sales Associate(Part-Time)

Job Responsibilities

. Provide excellent customer service by engaging warmly with customers and assisting with styling suggestions
. Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
. Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and stock organization
. Handle POS transactions accurately (sales, exchanges, returns)
. Support store promotions, live sessions, and events when required
. Ensure smooth store operations, including opening and closing duties

Requirements

. Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and Korean culture
. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (but not mandatory)
. Strong communication skills in English (additional languages such as Korean, Mandarin, or Vietnamese are a plus)
. Positive attitude, team player, and self-motivated
. Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
