Our client is seeking: Sales Associate for Luxury Beauty Brand at duty free stores in Changi Airport

Key Responsibilities

. Proactively meet sales targets

. Share product knowledge to customers

. Demonstrate proper usage of products to customers

. Ensure smooth flow of customer service, maintaining daily housekeeping and merchandising

. Work as a team with store colleagues

. Adapt to fast changes in store environment

Incentives vary based on sales performance and monthly sales target.

Requirements

. Willing to work retail shifts on weekends and public holidays (19-22 9-hour shifts a month)

. Minimum O level/diploma or equivalent level of education

. Additional education in relevant field or demonstration of extensive knowledge in beauty and skincare products is helpful

. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in retail, sales or FMCG industry

. Sales driven and proactive

. Team player with a positive mindset and pleasant disposition

. Enjoy operating in a fast-paced retail environment

. Strong communication skills
