Job Description:
- Attend to walk-in, online, and corporate enquiries to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable system furniture solutions.
- Conduct onsite client meetings to assess space requirements, discuss layout concepts, and present furniture proposals.
- Present product features, specifications, and space-planning solutions professionally to clients.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on sales leads, and close sales transactions.
- Coordinate with designers, project teams, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and sales documentation.
Requirements:
- Prefer minimum 1 years of experience as sales associate.
- Comfortable conducting onsite client meetings and site assessments.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong sales drive.
