Job Requirements

Greet and assist customers, providing them with product information and recommendation

Handle customer inquiries

Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system

Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and stock counts

Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and store sales targets

Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company policies

Assist in visual merchandising and store displays to enhance the customer experience

Maintain store appearance, ensuring merchandise is presented neatly and attractively

Requirements:

Previous retail sales experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Team player with a positive attitude

Able to work shifts

Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions
