Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team and drive client success in the casino industry. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that goes beyond traditional sales. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, propose solutions, and support them throughout the entire order lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients through regular communication and site visits
• Conduct interviews to uncover customer pain points and provide feedback to internal teams
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop and present tailored proposals
• Monitor product usage and proactively suggest reorders or replacements
• Coordinate orders from placement to delivery, ensuring smooth execution
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
• Respond quickly to client issues, including on-site support when needed
• Pursue new business opportunities via networking, referrals, and industry events
• Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection
