Job Description:

• Calculate and prepare monthly and ad-hoc quotations for customers
• Communicate with transportation forwarders to get the best rate and route for quotation purposes
• Prepare sales documents for customers and suppliers
• Prepare shipping schedules for customers to keep them up to date with their latest orders and materials
• Generate invoices for customers
• Prepare shipping documents for customers shipments
• Performing other ad-hoc administrative or operational duties as assigned by the Management from time to time
• Undertaking any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Company that are reasonably within your job scope.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder and 1-2 years of working experience
• Able to work independently, responsibly, and be a good team player
• Requires fluent level proficiency in English, and business level proficiency in Mandarin (Cantonese will be a plus) to communicate with different counterparts
• Willing to support overtime when needed (Overtime pay provided, up to 15 hours per month)
