Customer Education Training Program Manager / CBD / Contract
Summary
We are looking for a proactive Program Manager to join our Singapore team on a one-year contract. In this role, you will be the engine behind our global leadership development programs, ensuring seamless execution from initial design through to final delivery. This position was created to bolster our capacity during a period of high client demand.
You will own the end-to-end coordination of leadership initiatives for international clients. Whether the format is in-person or virtual, your mission is to maintain our gold standard of delivery by bridging the gap between our internal faculty, delivery teams, and the client.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role. Experience within the L&D or professional education sectors is a plus.
Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex schedules, resources, and budgets. A formal Project Management certification is a plus.
Technical Savvy: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and experience working with remote/virtual teams.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. You should be comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders across various cultures and time zones.
Operational Excellence: Organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
