Communicate with customers to understand vehicle issues and service requirements
Schedule and arrange vehicles for repair, maintenance or inspection
Provide service updates and follow up with customers on repair status
Handle vehicle handover
Manage vehicle collection process and ensure proper documentation
Maintain accurate customer and service records
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
Able to communicate effectively in Chinese and basic English
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Positive working attitude
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
Basic computer skills
