Role Description

Support daily retail operations and deliver helpful, professional customer service. Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns; process transactions; replenish stock; and maintain organized displays and a clean store environment. Support stock counts and sales targets while following store procedures. For the Store Supervisor role, coordinate staff schedules, guide team members, oversee opening and closing activities, and resolve customer and operational issues.

Qualifications

Secondary school qualification, diploma, or equivalent relevant experience.
Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage; team leadership experience is preferred for the Store Supervisor role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused approach and ability to explain product features clearly.
Basic numerical skills and accuracy when handling payments and stock records.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory processes is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy retail environment.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Ability to perform routine store duties, including standing for extended periods and moving stock, with reasonable adjustments where needed.
