Job Description

. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

. Responsible for Sales & Business Development including new account development

. Meeting planned sales goals.

. Achieve daily targeted number of sales calls with effective strategies and solutions

. Meet minimum sales gross margin and monitor invoicing and receivables

. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

. Require working beyond office hours, weekends/public holidays as and when is required by the Management

. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

. The ongoing training of your salespeople.

. Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

. Promoting the organization and products.

. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

. Relationship building with new and existing customers.

. Provide business development and strategic insight into specific market segments designated by upper management.

Requirements and skills

-Engineering / any Degree with relevant experience

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels in the organization and proven ability to build strong professional relationships.

. Highly organized and able to multi-task

. Proven experience in creating and executing detailed partner marketing plans.

. Systematic approach to sharing knowledge and best practices across multiple teams.

. Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate to get the best results possible.
