Job Description

You will manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance, develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders and work with the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the Division's overall business objectives.

Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

Team Leadership and Management:

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Resolve conflicts and address performance issues effectively.

Sales Operations:

Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.

Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement sales processes and procedures.

Client Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Provide recommendations for improving sales performance.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of success in achieving sales targets.

Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
