The Sales Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in driving sales performance, managing daily store operations, and leading the sales team to deliver excellent customer service. This role plays a key part in achieving sales targets and maintaining brand standards in a mobile phone retail environment.
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and sales activities
Drive mobile phone and accessory sales to achieve individual and store targets
Support, train, and motivate sales staff to improve product knowledge and sales skills
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales issues
Monitor inventory levels, stock display, and merchandising standards
Prepare sales reports and provide performance feedback to the Store Manager
Implement promotional campaigns and ensure correct execution in-store
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred
2-4 years of retail sales experience, preferably in mobile phones or consumer electronics
Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role is an advantage
Strong sales mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed targets
Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
